SHIPPING 

Free Shipping worldwide for order values above 80 USD. If you happen to be a neighbor of ours in Hong Kong, then shipping is on us. It will take us around 2 business days to prepare your order. No matter where you are, you should receive your order within 7 business days.

If you don't receive your order within 7 business days, please email us at customercare@tanicomfort.com with your order number. We promise we'll get to the bottom of it.

Due to the social distancing measures in places around the world, delivery time may be affected. We ask for patience during these extraordinary times. Please rest assured that we are doing all that’s within our control to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We have had overwhelmingly positive responses from our customers. But, once you receive your package, you still have 14 days to decide whether it’s right for you. We're confident that you'll like our designs and soft touch fabrics but if size is an issue, we can always do an exchange.

If for any reason you still want a refund, as long as the items are returned to us in good conditions, we offer a hassle free full refund guarantee. 

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is priority, so certain items cannot be returned for refunds including underwear that have been worn. If you think the size might not fit properly, please try it on with something underneath.

All items returned will be inspected for damages. Returns may not be accepted if the hangtags have been removed or if items are soiled. These items may be sent back to the customer.
