REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once you receive your package, you have 14 days to decide whether it’s right for you. 

If for any reason you still want a refund or exchange, as long as the items are returned to us in good conditions, we offer a hassle free full refund. 

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is priority, underwear that have been worn, cannot be returned. If you think the size might be an issue, please try it on with something underneath.
